i got this smurf on ebay, and i don't find the value on smurf katalog IV.
I suppose it's about the same than "i love san fransisco", about 250 €.
maybe someone can give me more news about it.

I think anything like this is going to be rare..since as far as I know they never make alot of these.. small promo type items..
