In that same shop as the previous post, I found these at €5.50 and €10 per pack.

Can you help me identify them please?

It looks like there are a lot more "new" fakes from China out and about!

It looks like these are Jakks Pacific smurfs or fakes of them. They were released by Jakks Pacific in the last few years although I have not seen this package for them yet.

Check out Dyar's site...I think he has them all..although the languages are available in different languages
