Smurfs on strange rocker

I got a big lot from USA and I was quite surprised about one smurf item was in tis lot.
I was buying this lot for one another smurf only so it had not spent much attention to the rest of the lot.
But the item was completely new to me nut I think it is not complete
The 2 singer smurfs were never glued on the hands with the sheet of music and there is also a sticker from production company...
The condition is poor
Take a look. Maybe you find out what it is. I do not know

That`s an interesting item Tine!
No doubt, you googled to find more info.
All I found is the logo on Google, but no idea about this particular company.

Perhaps, one of the overseas members recognize it? I would like to know too!

Is it some sort of homemade toy? I've never seen smurfs on a wooden rocker before either

I think, someone put smurfs on it:-)
Here`s an example of a seesaw by Enesco
