Hello,
Does anybody know if there is a list or catalogue for non peyo/Schleich smurfs? Like the McDonald smurf sets, the wind up smurfs, the posable smurfs, plates, cups and so on.... I was thinking about printing pages of some of your websites, so I can mark items off that I have, but wanted to ask first if there is such a list... :-?

Hi Maureen,

You might like the US catalogue. It is a bit dated but is mainly about Smurf related items like you mention. Maybe someone has the name, if not I'll look around the house (actually inside the house !!) for it as it is here some where.

Dennis.

I don't know the title of this book but I know it's rhe same size of the DSK and the front is Yellow cover (I think with 4 pics on).

But there's an american catalogue too. He's very big. In this one there are the normal smurfs and more cups glasses, all the other items of smurfs. It's a purple cover.

The purple covered one is called Smurfs Around the World or something isn't it? It has heaps of that "other stuff".

Oh here it is Maureen. I was gonna buy one and had it in my ebay watch list but the $25US postage is a bit of a killer for me.

Yes this is a great book Maureen.....Gerda and me have both used it a lot and have found so many things in there that we had no idea what they were previously.

I also put a checklist of things that together back when I had way too much time on my hands....when I get a spare moment I will email what I have to you which might be useful for at least some items.

thanks Linda for the link.... I purchased a copy :-D . Shipping within the US is only $6.00..

If you want the book, Linda, why don't you have them ship it to me and I'll ship it to you? :D

Dyar, that would be great, but there is no rush, I know how busy you are right now :D

Hi Maureen, you are going to love the Smurfs Around the World book as it is full of really nice stuff with fantastic photos too. :-D

There are two other books - Smurf Collectibles and More Smurf Collectibles but they are no where near as good as the other one. :D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

:) :) :)

Gaby,
somehow I had a feeling you might get one as well...

I think we are in the same boat... our collection has not only grown since joining here but also spread to other smurfs (non Schleich)

That's the one I was talking about.

You'll gone enjoy it watching in that fab cataloque.

At home we call it Tina's book, because it's a lot of her items in it.

Have fun.

Michelle

P.S. Well done Bunno smurf

I purchased a copy :-D .
You'll love this book <Maureen and it will become very handy too when you see things on ebay and you don't know what they are :D

Some of the actual items photographed in that book are now in my collection and sam goes with Gerda and Jim. I bought some of the books and Gerda bought whatever she could afford...poor Mr Gerda :) :)

It's strange to see the items in the book now knowing that I have them. It is a great book with lots of goodies or in my case a BIG want list :???:
