Although they look different I'm glad schleich has made figures that can be displayed along side the regualr smurfs so if nothing else we'll have a little slice of smurf history.
I think you put that very nicely and thats the way to look at it.

I still think they look great! My favourite is the Papa Smurf. Looking forward to getting this set. Are they out in May.

Saw them behind glass case today. Almost forget they are smurfs

Signs are there will be some merchandising in UK. few people wandering 'bout with smurfette balloons

Hi,
The new smurfs are in the store now...So I wonder what's your impression of them?
I am surprised that they don't look too unsmurfy (just very large feet), but the quality of the colour is not perfect (small bubbles, the eyes not perfect white).

I like those new boxes, they take a lot of space but there nice.
What's on the floor ?? Is that a map from the subway or something ???

I still have to get use to the idea that the smurfs are in NY and not in the woods.
Got more and more curious to the movie !!!
