Help from Belgium!

Hello, I won the old catalogue, the white one dated 2000 that I didn't have from a seller in Belgium who is now asking me 24 euros for shipping it to Italy!
I think this is too much!
Can someone in Belgium tell me what is a reasonable price for shipping a book that is not so big from Belgium to Italy via priority mail?
Thank you.

Hello Paolo, i had a look at the cost and if they send it in a big envelop it cost 8,80 euro prior. It's the best way to do that. The book weights about 500 gram. If they send it with kilopost, (big package) it cost 26 euro! But there's no need to do that !!!! Maybe you can ask the seller to send it in a big envelop. These postage cost are way to high !!!!!

Hi Paolo,

If he don't want to send it the way Christy told, let him send it to me. This is no problem.
I can send it later on to you or you can pick it up at the october smurffair of me... :) :-D :)

I asked the seller to send it that way, but he is slow in replying so I haven't heard back from him yet.

After my e-mail, the seller lowered the shipping charges to 11 euros, still somewhat high but after all I decided to pay anyway.

In the meanwhile, I managed to get another catalogue, older than the previous ones and that I didn't know existed.
Since the new one is DSK IV (four), is there another one that is not in the pictures?

Hi Paolo, good to hear your catalogue has arrived. :-D

I agree, 11 euro is still high but much better than the original price. :D

Actually it hasn't arrived yet. I paid for it, so now the seller will send it and when it arrives I'm very courious to see how much he paid for postage.

It has arrived!
The postage was 7.70 euros and the packaging not well done, but anyway the item arrived safe and in mint conditions; and since I paid 11 for shipping I think it was too much.

What a mean person this must be  I hope the packaging was worth €3,30. That is ludicrous :flame:
