Anyone know what the quality/safety issue with 2005 baby smurf was? Did the rattle break-off too easily?

Heaven forbid that Jokey smurf's hands becoming unglued be a quality issue!

I am not sure what the issue was, I will try to find out sometime.

I think the Baby pooed its pants during production so they had to change the nappies of every single one which as you could imagine took a long long time....actually no that's probably not right at all.
