Banners needed

Hi everyone.
I would like to ask if anyone is interrested having his/hers own banner in my link page. Currently I have only two links and I´d love to have few more. I´ve checked out most of yours sites and they´ve all been great.
So now I´m asking your permission to add your site to my links. You don´t have to accept mine instead. I just thought that since I´m from Finland you could get few of my fellow citizens, visiting your site.

Hi JT, thanks for adding my banner.
One little tip: it is better to make links to other sites open in a new window so then you don't lose your visitors when they click on the links.

Hi JT
Would you mind adding me a link for the shop or do you just want collectors sites?
My banner is
The address is
http://www.kittyscavern.com
If you want a link to the forum direct then I am hoping Rachel can give you the banner for that!
Thanks

but I won't be offended if you don't want the shop on there.

Hi Rachel,
no problem. I would like to make links to open in a new window, but I´m not that skilled yet. If you know how it is done, I´d be happy to get some advise
Karen, I will add your shop to my link page. I´ve visited there few times and liked it so much, that I almost ordered few things.
I thank you both for giving me permission to use your banners (my links page looks a lot better now)

Thanks JT, I will add your link to Kitty's Cavern soon, I have to check with the boss (Rachel) first though, I only do these things under supervision in case I get smacked for getting it wrong, LOL

Hi JT, what are you building your site with?
If you are using dreamweaver you should set target as: _blank
For html here is an example:
<a href="
http://www.kittyscavern.com/forum/" target="_blank"><img src="images/clipart/Banners/BulletinBoards/thesmurfcomlogosmall.png" alt="The Smurf Communtiy Smurfy Chatroom" width="252" height="90" border="0"></a>
" target="_blank" being the important bit
Some web site builders may also just use the term "open link in new window".
Hope this helps, any questions let me know.

Gee all this talk of sites makes me want one too.....but what would I put on it?......A picture of boring Dyar looking bored wouldn't be a great site now would it? I suppose I will leave it up to you experts with something interesting for others to see.
Good work guys I like ALL of the above sites

Actually Andrew with your collection, and the displays you have showed us in past posts - I think you would have allot to put on your site! Also Syd in a site banner would be cool, like my PrideSmurf in my site banner!

Thanks Gary
I was looking at the flag of your Pride Smurf and was wondering if that flag related to anything in particular as I was not familiar with it.

Dyar - you really have been out of the media lately haven't you!! The flag is the Gay Pride Flag, I assumed you may know that as gay marriage is such a hot topic there in Australia right now as they banned it recently!

I didn't know that Gary but thanks for informing me. I have been so out of it lately which is not that abnormal but I am referring to the media and music and everything my life was built around. I think I am having a mid-year crisis at the moment which started before mid year and just hasn't gone away.....I have also been very sober during this time so maybe I need a really good drink to freshen up and bring on a new change for the rest of the year.
Cheers
Dyar
PS - I did hear about the Gay marriage issue and I personally don't have a problem with the idea of same sex marriages and I am sure it will only be a matter of time like everything else for it to be widely accepted.
