Smurfy Christmas Lists

I can't believe that we are now in the second half of August and before we know it Christmas will be upon us.

So I thought we could start a thread about what our Christmas lists will be for this year. After Schtroumpf Passion many of us bought smurfy items we had been longing for, I got my Astro playset and Jokey with trick box, Rachel got her Old style Western playset and Smurfy Steve got his anniversary band set. Dyar has obviously bought the whole of Germany but the Germans just don't know it yet. And Australia has become the new Smurfland now they have all the smurf dvds and have obliterated all the figurine stock in Europe.

So what is there left to want? Do I hear the thump of a dragon's tail as he turns around in shock at such a statement?

I'm really bad. With all the smurfs in store over here I haven't brought the Gargamel lab or smurfette bedroom yet... And I haven't even brought one single super. We've had these in store for about the past year now and my local stores have quite a lot of stock in. But again I should really hurry up and buy these before I miss them. So these are ideal for me for Christmas.

Christmas is coming around quick again isn't it.

Brad.

Well....I suppose I've been reasonably naughty again this year so I probably won't get any smurfs....but on the off chance that Santa is back reading the forum after those comments I made about him last year then I would love to get these ones:

Mechanic (rare colours & CNT ones)
Lover (with painted heart on chest)
Hiker (fake version with reddish shirt)
Cleaner (without shirt)
Thirsty (Hong Kong & green promo)

Traveller (yellow stick)
Archer (with bow on side)
Carnival (with painted lantern)
Umbrella (yellow)
Policeman (all white uniform)
Rollerskater (without panties....for Syd of course)
Papa Captain (blue coat)

some Rugby countries
Jungle (Fram) Bully hand-etched variation
Baby w/ Blocks (pastel colours as well as the pink & blue pajamas)

Lead Guitar (Fender promo)
Newsman (with smurf outline on front of paper)
Polystone Smurf
Skateboarder (yellow shirt)
Row Boat (white material)
Piano (Schimmel promo)
Smurf in Bed (white material)
Jokey w/Box (with an actual packaging box cos I don't have one yet)
Shell Go Cart

old large smurf house in the new blue box
more raws than you can poke a stick at

...there that just about does it......if I could just have the small list above for Chrissy then I think I would be happy with that......it'sgood thing I didn't go for the big list......or the even the mega list.....orgodforbid....the atomic list

I think I'll ask for the 1998 Jubilee set, or failing that, the Drummer playset. Or perhaps the Pixi chess set?

I think I will be on my way to asking for super smurfs. I am down to 14 normal smurfs to go once I get the ones I am doing deals about now. (Not including easters or Christmas ones) So I am hoping I have the rest of the normals by Christmas and can work on the supers after that.

And of course SOCKELS SOCKELS AND MORE SOCKELS. :D

Linda's new mantra: Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar Gotta beat Dyar

David, those Teleschtroumphs (the last in your list) shouldn't be too difficult. Schtroumpf Magazine is mostly a case of luck (at least with the Dutch ones). The other things... well, let's just say that I need a 'few' of those as well 8)

I didn't know there was a red dragon. That would be nice for the green one :-D Oh and then maybe you could have more baby dragons... :)

Rachel, that's so cute (aah, of course not as cute as a pure green one).

Thanks for posting & can totally see why anyone would want one

oh...I did forget to add "more sockels than Linda" to the list....but I have been bombarding Santa with that request as well as the death threats if he doesn't provide so I am pretty confident that he will deliver.

:) Sorry, I think I was overcoming my withdrawals a little bit. That's what happens when you don't come here for a while.

I've been so busy with the shop, still painting, ripping walls down, putting more up and stuff. Working nights and weekends.

And yeah, I do have a thing for Raws and Half Painted Smurfs, god imagine how long that would've gone on for if I stayed away from here for longer
