when you want to play with your Smurfs all the time.

I come home from work and after dinner I so want to go play with my Smurfs or come here, but Abby is always telling me 'You spend too much time playing with your Smurfs' I personally think I don't spend enough time playing with them :).

I had this thought after reading Dyar's post (I think you all know which one I mean :) ) and I wondered what Mrs. Dyar must do for all these hours and hours and what everyone elses other halfs do :-? do you all cop it like I do :x

Ahhh to have a relationship with your Smurfs and no one else :)

Well, I'm lucky...Mr. Eggie is addicted to his computer :) so we each get our alone time with our hobbies :smitten:

Mrs Dyar is into making teddy bears, dolls, quilts, other hand crafts and giving me a hard time so I do get time to play a lot.....when not giving me a hard time of course.

Actually Mrs Dyar is really cool and despite the fact that she thinks I spend way too much time on my hobbies she doesn't complain too much. We let each other do as we please and try not to restrict each other too much.

Mr Bunno is also has a very close relationship with his computer and other gadgets. Sometimes we even "talk" to each other via msn even though we are sitting right beside each other at our own computers.

Usually at night lately hes off on some clandestine geo-caching trip. Apparently when I am on the net he tells me he is off for a while and then when I go to bed I can't find him and the car's gone  For some reason I never seem to hear him say he is going though LOL

Since I don't work I have all day with my smurfs if the kids allow it. And when Robert (hubby) is home he watches tv or does fixing up around the house. Hubby is the reason I chose my sparky avatar because he is an electrician, Lukily though that has never happend to him!! :) :)

Well Kirk works away for 2 weeks at a time so i have plenty of time to play with my smurfs :)

When he's home he usually watches TV or sits next to me playing patience on his computer while i chat about smurfs on the forum :-D

I usually get up before him each morning and read the forum so he thinks i am only on at night ... :D

LOL we do that too but I'm in the living room and he is in the dining room/kitchen so we're not right next to each other but still within talking distance :)

Hubby enjoys TV and playstation so a handy tip is to try and have a computer on the room with the TV, this way they don't feel too lect out when sat chatting on here!

I suppose I am lucky in that Richard is also into his cars in a big way (VW's) so he tends to spend a bit of time playing outside. :D

My hubby also plays with cars, we have a Triumph Herald and a TR4A which he is doing up, they might be drivable by the time the kids leave home! :) :) :)

Only trouble with having him right next to me is that he keeps telling me off for "giggling with my girlie (imaginary) friends" I haven't yet told him that most the time I'm giggling I'm talking to Gray. Wonder what Gray thinks about being one of my imaginary girlie friends :o

Trish, Rae and I had a convo a few months ago where we were all laughing so hard we nearly all had to go get fresh undies :D Mr Bunno --> :-?

I'm just happy to have you as my friend Linda, if i have to be an imaginary girlie friend, then so be it ! ( oh did i really type that out ! lol ), being a friend of Linda tho does have a drawback, i always seem to end up with sore sides cos of all the laughing she makes you do, but i would'nt want her any other way, she is so lovable ( watch out phil, im coming to get her hehehe ) ! :-D

Should we change your forum user name to "Smurfing Her" now Graham.......or is it just the new "Ladies Man". I wouldn't worry too much Graham.....you are looking like such a stud to the rest of us mortal guys on the forum. :)

Hmmmm, I think I need to do something here. Abby's into cars (so am i so that wont work), I'll need to buy him a new play station game :D yeah that's what I'll do. We only have the one computer so we both can't play on that.

I love that you guys message each other when you're in the same house :sofunny: :sofunny:. Sometimes I call Abby on the phone when I'm up stairs :)

Or just buy Abby his own computer then you guys can message each other too -- of course, calling on the phone while just upstairs is pretty good too :) :)

Does throwing things at me to communicate count when I'm on the computer......I have been known to be hit with socks, chocolates and even a smurf package occasionally to get my attention......although using a smurf package is not a great way to command my attention as once I see it I go
