Hello,
I've got a little ebay story for you.
A few days ago I have seen
this ebay auction.
I had detected a special figure in that lot...Do you find it in that ebay auction?
Okay, here is the solution:

Great Simon!!
I can not find it on the picture. Where is it?
Is it a hole for the cord on the figurine?
You have a great eye Simon!!

Yep, she is behind the conductor.
Is it a hole for the cord on the figurine?
No, there is no hole. I read that's a rarer version? That's not so bad I think
Now I'm only missing three other christmas smurfs...I don't like them so much. Too many fakes, missing cords etc. So I am happy to have found one this way.

I give up. I don't see any Smurfs in that pic. I thought I saw the Skating Smurfette, but don't see it in the other pic.

That helped quite a bit, but I still would not have seen it without knowing where it was.

Great surprising find.
This is how I found my handy/mechanic Smurf with purple overall, back then in 2008.
(This one :
http://www.christysbluevillage.com/coll ... t&group=56 second last row, middle figurine)
It was on an online second-hand shop, from someone who sold a bunch of common Smurfs. The whole lot costed me around 20 euros, I got around 30 Smurfs and the Smurf farm building.
The picture that was uploaded, was small and nothing detailed, but I could see him standing in the group of Smurfs. So I bought.
All the rest was sold on eBay again for around 2€ each, so I even got profit more :-)
And the purple overall mechanic, he stands in my collection. So if someone has the one in an orange or blue overall for sale, I am interested ;-)

Wow you have good eyes. I've stared and stared and my mind thought I saw a Gargamel and a smurf, but this one was wearing the usual white hat. I honestly can't see it

Hello,
congratulation

, what a great deal.
It is so amazing to find such a surprise

.
Years ago a bought in the USA a lot of christmas things because I saw a little green wrest on the picture (sorry, the prictur is very bad) and I waited some long, long weeks and one day the parcel from USA arrived...... and yeah

, between some ugly x-mas things there was the christmals smurf with the wrest..... I think a paid 25 USD or so..... what a price for the smurf and amazing time to wait.
I wish you a lot of fun with your smurfette
Stefanie
