I can believe this...I have a lot of friends who have either bought, downloaded or rented the movie during the Christmas Holidays to watch it with their kids

Well it was a great movie, so i am not surprised.
In 2008 when i saw the first pictures........... i wasn't excited.
But the result was great !!!!

I agree with you TinTin...I still believe they did the best they could have done with bringing the smurfs into our time (and thereby making them relevant to kids who were the target audience)..and still keep their original charm and innocence that attracted most of us to them as children.
