It looks like it says Hormony. It is a cursive a and she put a white dot on the tail of the A.

Hi All; Moey I haven't had a tree for 20 years. I haven't ever been home for Christmas. There is a christmas tree lot accross the street. A lady on MV painted it for me. She also sent me a Christmas card she made. Here's a pic,
