He is a stamp but I'm not sure where from. Dyar has him on his website and I knew I recognized him:

He might not be a stamp. I bought some fakes a week or two ago and had 2 of these papas amongst them:

If I win him, I'll post photos of him them.
He looks too "perfect" to be one of those fakes, but he also looks too "dark" to be the one of the stamps...

a good fake or a dirty stamp? :-? :)
