Hilary,

I agree.

The most intresting thing is which fair it will be, right? Many of you collectors could actually get it for free if you find out which fair, or at least for a decent price.

Good luck.

here is a picture of the card around her neck.

It has something written on it.

My eyes couldn´t see this. But with 2 magnifyers we manage to see that the writing on top is Hexalotte. But there is something written under it also very small.

As you can see on the card is seems to be a picture of her with the phone.

it says Hexalotte on top but the writing under it is extremly small. Could be something for the fakers to deal with.

It is like the small writing on bills. Impossible to see if it is just a line or something written. :) But with a magnifier it seems to be writing.

it is a shame I can´t help you with the second word. I clearly is written Hexalotte first if I use 2 magnifiers and a bright light. And there is clearly something written under it very very small. But I really need something better to be able to see this.

I have to get back regarding this.

The word could be schlumpf or germany. It is impossible to see.

I tried to take a picture with the camera and make it bigger but the focus is impossible to get right with my camera.

Maybe I or someone else can tell us the word in the future. :-?

nice! thanks for the images André. I agree about the eyes on smurfettes. Most of the newer smurfettes these days just don't look right because of the eyes.. I prefer my smurfettes with big gorgeous eye lashes and eye lids.. makes her look more feminine. Still not sure about the brown hair colour on this smurfette BASF.. prefer yellow hair smurfette.

Hi Brad,

regarding the colour of the hair it seems to have been painted yellow first. But it could also be the brown colour that looks like this where it is thinner. :-? I also prefer the yellow colour, but I like that they tried a new haircolour also.

Regarding the Dinch it looks the same other one. I only have one of them before.
As you know I am more of a markings and materialcolour collector. I don´t have so many colourversions of the smurfs. And the same with Dr. Dinch, I thought colour of the label is not that intresting. But now I have 2 different. :D

Hi everyone,

yesterday (saturday evening) I had a couple of beers and I thought I give it a new try today when my eyes are in better shape. :)

And this is a closeup on the card.

I am pretty sure the word under Hexalotte is Schlumpf. But it is very very small as you can see.

And me :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

I agree too, I just love the detail they put into her. I sure hope she is given away at fairs, I would call that exlusive as it is not usually open to the general public. Kind of like the toy fair keychains that came out last year, only people that could attend the fair got one so not that many where made.

I also like this detailed card.

And it is intresting with the different info from BASF.

Dom´s contact told us it will be given away at a fair.

Lilou´s contact told us it is a exclusive gift for VIP-customers.

But as you are saying Gerda. One don´t exclude the other.
It could very well be both.

It will be very intresting to see and I guess everybody will have their own opinion regarding this until then.

The most probable thing is that the will give it away on a fair and until then they are using this display as a gift. So we will probably see a few more displayes on ebay before the fair, off course depending on when the fair is.

I have a question for you all. Since I only have 2 Dr Dinch now. Was it the same writing on the different coloured labels?

It is hard for you to understand the size of this writing.

So I got this idea. I took the smurf with the newspaper as most of you have and took this picture so you can compare. The writing is extremly small. Most collectors would not notice this I guess. :-?

Many think the writing on the back of the newspaper is small. :)
The distance to the camera is the same to both. The newspaper is laying on the side of her dress.

I still think that our main concern should be what she's saying:

"Yeah, I'm no longer blonde but it seems I'm still trying to talk into a calculator".

Apologies for the cheap joke. Couldn't resist. x :?
