Hi Martin, I think German Ebay might be your best bet, I have just had a quick look and there don't seem to be any at the moment, just one 2003 edition. I will certainly look out for one for you at the Passion though.
I've been trying to find this one too as it's one of the last ones I don't have. I did a study of the DSK last year and it would be interesting to do a similiar study on Andy's katalog as well sometime.
