Hi All I found this link on MV to a site that sells Smurf Chess sets. The other link is to all the products. But before you buy anything from them check with Staci or Moey or myself any of us can get them for half that price.

That site is overpriced but at least it shows a lot of items before they are available I was just wondering last night if they will release the Painter's House and Windmill though since nothing has been out for either of those and it's almost June

Yea I noticed that too and it would be my guess that the chess set will sell for around $39. Did you notice that the Smurfette's were all higher priced than the other things. Papa was a close second.
P.S. Anyone wanting a set of Super Smurf cards I don't know what they sell for on ebay but I'll sell you a complete set for $10. I havn't looked lately at the Boxes of cards but I think the most I have paid is $15 for a box.

Actually the chess set price confused me...if that is the plastoy one that Karyne posted it should be 75 euro when it comes out

I think it is the same, Stace...and with the conversion between euros and dollars it could be about the same price.

Personally, I'd be careful before pre-ordering from them...I've preordered from another place twice now and ended up cancelling both orders because the release date was pushed further and further back

Once this set is released, I am sure we will see it on ebay as we did the Leblons and Karyne also already said she is going to get everybody who is interested a set.

Bill, since this is not released by Play Along (from the looks of it at least) I am not sure we will actually see those in our stores

That chess set looks great, only sorry that the pawns are only mushrooms instead of regular smurfs.
I'm not sure I wish to spend so much money on it though (I don't really play chess, nor does my bf - and we have at least 4 sets os chess already! )

I did bought 2 of the Play Along blister/duo packs and I'm really happy with those! Nice price and really nice smurfs they are. Really love the plastic/pvc softness to the touch!
