Does or did anyone ever own any of these sets? I owed two of them when i was about 10. They are never listed on any of the Smurf sites and am wondering how rare they are.

Thanks. I was given the traffic and water sports set one christmas by my mum and godmother, and have just found the water sports playmat, although it's very worn.

My mom brought me back the school and traffic set when she went to visit my grandmother back in 1988 and she found them on a discount pile. They pop up once in awhile on ebay. I'm still missing the water set.
I know these where renumbered thus the sticker ontop of the old numbers on some of the boxes.
I would classify them as fairly rare espcially if you can find them mint. as for price value I guess it all depends on how bad you really want one

Darn Gerta Is there anything you don't have? I have been looking through your site for the last hour. I did find four coffee cups you don't have listed that I have. But you have a ton more that I don't have. Two that you probibly have but I didn't see are christmas 1982 and 1983 I don't have 1983 mug or plate. I have two 1982's and one 1981 w/box.
I will take the rest of the night to go through the rest. Bill

I do have the christmas plates and mugs, they are on the christmas page. There is plenty I don't have and still want, like the new resin fiures, the christmas protos, more variations, forza footballers, promo'.... it never ends
