Hi, everyone!!!!I need help for a payment in Germany...I have to pay 23 euros to a seller, but he doesn´t accept paypal...I have done too many international bank tranfers, but it is the 1st time I have problems...He has sent me an IBAN/BIC that perhaps is complete to national tranfers, but not fro international ones...I can´t understand some german sellers that only carry troubles, and are not disposal to help I love Germany and all the members of here are really nice with me, but I can´t understand why the transactions with german sellers are always the most difficult to do...

If someone can help me, I only need his paypal account to send him the money I have to pay and of course I pay the % of fees...When the "helper" (does this word exist in english??? ) receive the money, I say him the IBAN/BIC code so he can try...The worst is that the seller answers the question 5 days after I ask
