For anyone with access to either sky or virgin tv, there is a programme on at 5pm and repeated at 9pm tonight (in the UK). It is called 'My Brilliant Britain' and features commedian Danny Wallace. He visits some small cultural collections and museums..apparently in will feature a collection of 2,000 smurfs. It is on SKY on Blighty (534) or Virgin TV (206). I don't have access to either :( , so if anyone sees it could they record it so I could watch it?
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Sounds interesting...I'd like to see that, too.

I wonder if we can find it on YouTube :D

I've looked on their website but you can't see it yet. I'll tape it, never fear! Missed the 5pm showing now but will get it at 9pm. :D

Mum rang me about this earlier but got the details wrong so I couldn't find it, bless her!

If it's on the website later I shall let you know. :D

My dad watched it..apparently it isn't brilliant. The guy has 100 smurfs, puts them in a campervan and takes it onto the streets as a 'national smurf museum' :)

That's exactly what it was. Very disappointing! They were Danny Wallace's own smurfs from childhood and you spent no time at all looking at them. I did tape it but to be honest it's not worth the postage to send it to anyone. I will if you want me to though.

P.S. It's on videotape and I don't know how to copy it.
