McDonalds Smurfs movie promotional item sets 2011 and 2013

For sale are Canadian-exclusive McDonalds promotional items that were used by the restaurant to advertise the smurfs movies that came out in 2011 and 2013.
I've broken the items into groups.
Prices in U.S. dollars (without shipping) and Description:
2013 McDonalds Smurfs 2 'happy meal' set includes:
1 thick Double-sided poster 18" x 25.5" with suction cups for window. One side has Smurfette; the other, Brainy. Each restaurant in Canada had one or more of these posters stuck to their window
1 unused, unopened Happy Meal box, decorated with Smurfs from the movie
1 new, unopened bag that has activity sheet, crayon, and three temporary smurf tattoos.
2 new, unused balloons; one with Vanity on it; one with Papa on it
6 new, unused gift cards; complete set; each card has a different character

2011 McDonalds Smurfs first movie 'happy meal' set
1 thick Double-sided poster 26.5" x 38" (larger than the poster in 2013). One side has Smurfette, Clumsy, Papa, Brainy; the other has Clumsy. Each restaurant in Canada had one or more of these posters stuck to their window
1 unused, unopened Happy Meal box, decorated with Smurfs from the movie
1 each of limited-edition Smurf-decorated white and chocolate milk containers (empty and sterilized clean).
