Blue Cavern

I am hoping that someone might be able to assist me with trying to find out some information on this Smurfette. It is made out of PVC through has no markings on it as I believe it was originally stuck to something.

I received it in a bundle of smurfs that were released by BP Australia but this one is completely unknown to me. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Mystery solved!

The Smurfette was attached to a yellow flute made for BP Australia made in Hong Kong.
