Different front. You would imagine that the old one contained an old boat.
But both have the same backside with 10 playsets available. And the old box has a CE sticker.
So also the old design of the boxes were used long after they stopped. You can see that also on the supersmurfboxes. For example the UK box for the Skier is very common with CE sticker.
