Looks like the American fast food restaurant chain Carl's Jr. (Hardee's in the Midwest) will have The Smurfs toys in their Cool Kids combo meals starting next week:

look forward to seeing what the toys are. I like the Hardee's smurfs on the skateboards but I've never got around to buying any of them.

Any image please? can't find it on eBay.
Of course they won't be new Schleich molds like the old skate Hardees.

That's great that the smurfs are still being promoted in the US :-D

It will be interesting to see what the toys look like.

According to the description of the auction it won't be figures. They aren't out yet (scheduled to be sold tomorrow) but one of us will post pictures as soon as we are able to find the first ones :D

They have the pictures of the toys on the website...not overly impressed (SMurf on a straw is nice, the bag is okay, they have a wristband and a telescope as well), but they do have some printable bookmarks and greeting cards (for Christmas too it seems)http://www.hardeescoolkids.com/feature.asp

Well, that's a bit of a let down, isn't it...the Clumsy straw looks interesting, as does the bag, but the the wrist band is a bit :???:

I called my local Hardees today and also e-mailed corporate..the responses were similar..there was a mixed up when the stores ordered the smurfs but hopefully they are in the stores soon. :-?

you would think they would not have them on the website then if it was a mix up :-?
If we protest that it is false advertisment do you think we can get away with getting free smurfs :o :) :)
