They look cute, but erasers?? Sounds like a weird way to get smurfs to vanish. :)

FEEDBACK:

I emailed the company that makes these and asked when and were etc. The reply was fast and really helpful. The fact that they replied so quick, gives me the impression that they knew exactely what I was talking about.

reply: ''Hello Pierre,

Thank You for contacting Spin Master's Customer Care Department.

We are delighted to hear about your interest in Gomu Erasers.

Gomu smurfs are actually launching in North America.

Currently they are not available in the UK, but that doesn't mean they never will be.

The best we can recommend is stay tuned to your local retail for the most current releases.

Sincerely

Spin Master Customer Care''

Just like us loony smurf collectors there are also Gomu eraser collectors and just normal eraser collectors.
Gomu have also a collectors club and a system that each eraser has a differnt piont value. They release rangers and then take some off never to be reproduced again. The smurfs are a limited stock item and once gone they will be gone. Not only do the eraser collectors want them, we the smurf collectors want them more.

@Maureen, we in the uk can not get them at our toysrus. Please could you get me some.

Since they only let you order two at a time, I put in two orders of two...and received them all today :) :) :)

Papa and Clumsey are on the package...and two of the packages that I opened had smurfette and brainy in it....not sure if there are more of these or if those four erasers are the complete set :-?

lol
My Husband just had a look at the photo and asked me if they were the new range of smurfs... With amasment i turned around and asked him why he would ask such a stupid question. His reply, Oh I thought they were the new range for 2012, Zombie Smurfs. To which he laughed and left the room, leaving me gobsmacked.

That is funny....just wait until you get to show them to him for real.. especially when you realize that the hats and eyes are attached..so when you put on the hats it gets a bit eery when they all of a sudden have those dead eyes as well. They are so weird..they are cute :)

I found these the other day at a market! I couldnt believe how small of the parts were!!! :-D and all rubbery!!!! :) :)

They are quite nice as an addition to the "mini" collection.

I believe they are some left so if somebody is looking for those, I can try to go at the next market day!

Nice but shouldn't this thread be in the merchandise forums and not the movie forums/

Postby Smurfysmurf » Thu Nov 08, 2012 5:33 pm
Nah, it's ok...this part of the forum is really for all movie related news, including movie related merchandise :D
