Hey, I don´t know if I understand you very well.
If you mean that making these smurfs is strange and wrong, you´re totally right.And I would add a little sick and scary.
But I´ve always loved to mix concepts and since I learned to make figures by myself I haven´t stopped making smurfs of every movie, comic or whichever character I´ve been able to think of.
However, most of the times the result isn´t very smurfy...is it?
