high quality version of the UNICEF ad?

Did anybody here ever get a high quality recording (something that looks nice on tv, not a crummy low-quality net download) of the UNICEF advertisement from last year?
I've never been able to see the full commercial in good quality.
All I ever see is butchered up web downloads, usually where audio and video is out of sync, the video is blocky and hard to see, and only about half of the commercial is actually shown.
I wanna see a good one.
