Is it just the boxes? Or are the cakes formed as Smurfs/Smurfy stuff?
They look nice.

Inside they are shaped just like traditional Italian pandoro and panettone.
There is a smurfy surprise insede the box: one of eight magnets with a smurf design.

I was thinking that "con tante puffosissime sorprese" probably meant that there was a smurfy surprise in the boxes
