Just before he came back to Sweden WT joined Brendi-Maria all the way from Blue Paradise to run the San Fransisco Marathon. She sent the map with WT after the race. I assume WT also got back to Switzerland with Brendi-Maria before Sweden?? :-D

Was so nice to see him in Gent at BP again, and saw also (part of) all the gifts he collected!

Actually I think (or know) that his traveling path was with Brendi-Mari from Gent to Switzerland, from there to San Fancisco and back to you!

I started a map one time, but to all kind of reasons had no further time to complete it, but I like to make time to do so.

Andre you can PM or mail me for details or co-operation!

Great Ron,

if you continued with the map that would be great. :worship: I am not sure exactly about his trips in the US, but I think Maureen could help us out with his whereabouts in the USA.

My email is smurfar@telia.com.

Many thanks Ron. :-D

I took him with me to Delaware last year, but we didn't take any pictures because Hurricane Irene decided to drop by as well that weekend :banghead: :) :)

He has a lot of tales to tell about it but not many pictures..actually there is one picture that will tell all the tales...I'll try to get it from Syd and will post it :D

WT with friends helping me preparing our Halloween display for this year. :D

Among the sets Schleich have released the last years these smurfs are definatly among my favorites. Especially the ghost. Cartoon-like, smurfy and fantastic design. It would fit in any old or new smurf-comic?? :-? :-D  Among my top 5 smurfs I think. :-?

I would also like to say that there are 2 members who i would like to send Wt to first.

Cassiebsg( Sandra): I was about to send the smurf to here when he started his journey and that would be a natural stop, since denmark is between sweden and Holland. :D In some starnge way he did not manage to get back to Denmark once he got south of Scandinavia. maybe he liked the warmer weather?? :-? So Sandra if you would like to host him you are first when he gets travelling again.

Lilou( Marc): I know you also have written about showing him Paris and I think he would love that, so you are the second stop I you would like.

Let me know if I have missed more collectors that have written earlier about hosting him?? :-? :D

Smurf 1968( Stefanie) Germany is third stop so far and then SmurfeeJo in Australia is WT´s forth stop so faar.

I also would like to send him to a friend in Rio in Brazil who loves smurfs and was called Gargamel in school!?? :)

But before sending him on a trip again I have a special quest for him. So depending on if that works or not I can not say exactly when I can let him go. 8-) But don´t worry, he will have great stories to tell. :-D

Best regards from Germany

He's welcome to come for a visit. :D
When will be ready for traveling? I don't have as much free time as I had when he started his travelings... if he wants to show up around week 7 next year (not later than 13th February) then I'll take him to LEGO World and a visit to Copenhagen, otherwise I'll just show him around Herning. :)

That's great news - though not about the snow! Does he still have his booklet with him?

I enjoyed showing him around the Frankfurt area when he was with me :D
Hi Tojo,

He still has the booklet and many very nice souveniers. I will take pictures tomorrow. Also Vanity is with him. Could you tell me more about Vanitys tour??? :D
There's a topic called "Vanity Smurf world Traveler" in the Smurfy Chat section about his trip. I'm glad to hear that he's still travelling & that WT & Vanity have remained friends all this time :-D :-D

I took him with me to Delaware last year, but Hurricane Irene pretty much kept us homebound...and Syd took over his care....they took such a liking to each other that WT decided to take a break from his travels

http://forum.bluecavern.com/viewtopic.p ... &start=320

Finally, around Christmas time, WT decided he had enough of the cold..and went downunder....he visited Sydney

Hi again,

as you might remember I told you I had a special quest for the WT before he would go travelling among collectors again.

WT has decided he would like to find out more about his past, his history and orgin. So the first stop then is in Schwäbish Gmünd were he was made the first time.

He has been invited to the Schleichfactory and will leave Sweden today. :-D :-D :-D

The downside of this is that he will probably see the new 2013 smurfs before me! :banghead:

After his trip to Germany he will be travelling back to me again and then I will then show you his pictures from his trip to Schleich. Hopefully together with the new smurfs??? :-?

I have so far planned 2 more stops on his historyjourney. See if they are possible??? :-? :D
